Are you licensed and insured?

— Absolutely!

What is your turn around time?

— We will deliver photos/videos within 5 days following the time of the shoot.

— Promotional videos will require much more additional post production such as color grading, cropping, and specified requests. Therefore these will be delivered 7 days following the time of shoot.

Do I need to be on site for the shoot?

— No, it is not necessary to be there, but you are more than welcome to attend if you wish! If you will not be in attendance & you have any special requests, please make sure they are relayed to us before your scheduled start time.

How will I get my files?

— For most projects, we will deliver digital photos/videos via Google Drive. You will then receive an email that includes a link to your online gallery where you can download them to a local device.

What photo/video resolution can I expect?

— All photos will be shot and delivered in high-quality resolution.

— All videos will be shot and delivered in 4K.

What if what I am looking for is not on your website?

— Please email us with your requests and we will be more than happy to accommodate you!

What is your cancellation policy?

— The client agrees to pay Next Flight Media LLC a non-refundable initial payment totaling 20% of the total price of the photography/videography services upon signing the contract. If the client cancels the shoot for any reason, the initial payment will not be refunded.
